DESIGN, LIFE, FREE TIME AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
This was one of my original ways to use the band. For a kid or teenager trying to concentrate on retaining information during class, it can sometimes be a losing battle. Snapping a rubber band or presence band discretely on your wrist can help do the trick.
During sports or activities
You can use the p-band to help get yourself "dialed in". Example: shooting a fou shot during a basketball game, before you hit a golf putt, or to get your mind right before you jump into the pool for a swim race. Snapping the band can help initiate the sequence to help you perform your best.
